1. Scope
AQELYRA YouTube Intelligence is a supervised analytics workflow for the owner or authorized operator of a YouTube channel. This policy applies to information processed when the operator connects a Google account and runs the reporting workflow.
2. Data accessed
After explicit Google authorization, AQELYRA may access:
- YouTube channel identity and profile information available through the YouTube Data API.
- YouTube Analytics reports for content owned by the authorized account, including performance and audience metrics requested by the workflow.
- The Google Sheet selected by the operator for storing AQELYRA reporting output, through a separately authorized Sheets connection.
AQELYRA’s YouTube connection is read-only. It does not upload, publish, edit, or delete YouTube content, and it does not change channel settings.
3. How data is used
The accessed information is used only to verify the connected channel, retrieve authorized analytics, calculate reporting periods such as yesterday and the previous 7, 28, and 90 days, and write structured results to the operator’s command-center spreadsheet.
Google user data is not used for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or training a general-purpose artificial-intelligence model.
5. Storage and retention
Reporting results remain in the Google Sheet controlled by the operator until the operator deletes them. Connection credentials and authorization tokens are maintained by the connected services for as long as the integration remains authorized. AQELYRA does not maintain a separate public user database for this workflow.
When access is revoked, no new Google or YouTube information is retrieved. Previously written spreadsheet rows can be removed directly by the sheet owner.
6. Security
AQELYRA applies purpose-limited OAuth scopes, HTTPS transport, restricted request domains, separate credentials for YouTube reading and Google Sheets writing, and supervised workflow administration. No online system is risk-free, but access is deliberately limited to the minimum needed for reporting.
7. Access, revocation, and deletion
The operator can review or revoke AQELYRA’s Google access at any time from Google Account connections. The operator can also delete output from Google Sheets and remove or disable the relevant credentials and workflow in n8n.
For help with an access or deletion request, contact privacy@aqelyra.com. Requests will be verified before action is taken.
8. Google API Services User Data Policy
AQELYRA’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
9. Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the workflow, connected services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
